KZA refers to the operator of KZA Certification services. Customer refers to the individual or business entity using the services.

Services include authentication, grading, encapsulation, certificate issuance, and other related services offered through the platform.

By creating an account, making a submission, or using other services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities that occur through your account.

The data you submit (e.g., card information, shipping address) must be accurate. Inaccurate data may cause processing delays or cancellations.

The issued grade is a professional opinion of KZA graders based on the inspection at that time and is not a guarantee of market value or absolute card authenticity.

KZA does not guarantee a specific grade and is not responsible for card value fluctuations in the secondary market.

KZA certificates can be revoked or revised if grading errors, forgery suspicions, or alterations are found after issuance.

Estimated turnaround is calculated after the package passes intake inspection. Turnaround is an estimate and not a guarantee.

The risk of shipping to and from the facility lies with the respective sending party, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., insurance options).

Service fees are calculated based on the selected service level and declared value. Commercial details (including refund and cancellation policies) are subject to change and will be explained at the time of submission creation.

Once a package enters the intake stage, a submission cannot be unilaterally cancelled without operational team approval.

Customers are prohibited from using KZA certificates in a misleading manner, forging slabs, or manipulating public verification results.

Service abuse can result in certificate revocation and account closure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KZA's liability is limited to the value of the service paid for the related card, and does not include indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

Final liability limits will follow the agreement documents reviewed by legal advisors.

KZA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective upon publication on this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Dispute resolution jurisdiction will be established in the final version of the document.
