Shipping & Insurance

Customers are responsible for packing and shipping cards to the KZA facility address. Use a sleeve and top loader for each card, along with sufficient filler material in the box or padded envelope.

Include a printed packing slip from the dashboard inside the package so the intake team can match the contents with your submission.

Use a courier that provides a tracking number and insurance options. For high-value cards, fully insured shipping is highly recommended.

KZA is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping to the facility.

Some service levels include basic return shipping insurance. Expanded insurance options can be added to certain service levels.

Coverage value refers to the declared value you provide in the submission. Inaccurate declared values may affect claims.

Once the process is complete, encapsulated cards are repacked and sent to the default shipping address on your account unless you specify another address when creating the submission.

Courier choices and return shipping costs are displayed at the time of submission creation and may change according to operational conditions.

Estimated return shipping time depends on the courier and destination. KZA does not guarantee courier delivery times and is not responsible for third-party delays.

Claims for damage or loss occurring during shipping are filed with the courier according to their claim procedures. KZA will provide reasonable supporting documentation.

KZA internal claim procedures and compensation limits will be finalized with the legal and operational teams.

KZA is based in the United States, New Hampshire and accepts submissions from customers across the United States as well as international collectors. International shipping and customs handling options are available at submission creation.
